Website hosting and care
Hosting and care keeps your website online, secure and up to date, so you don't have to think about it. We host it, watch it, back it up, make the small changes you ask for, and send you a plain report each month.
What's included
- Hosting. Your site runs on hosting set up and paid for through us.
- SSL. Your site loads over HTTPS with the padlock, so browsers don't flag it as "Not secure".
- Backups. Every change is saved in version history, so any earlier version can be restored.
- Updates. We keep the site's code and the tools it uses up to date.
- Uptime checks. An automatic check visits your site on a schedule and alerts us if it's down.
- Small edits.
- New hours, a new photo, a holiday notice, a new service line or a fixed typo.
- Call or email Nathan.
- Bigger changes, like a new page or a redesign, are quoted first.
- The monthly report.
- What we changed, whether the site stayed up and anything we found.
- If you also have Local SEO, AI search visibility or Visitor Insights, that work is in the same report.

Questions
Do I own my domain and site?
Your domain is in your name from day one, and the site is yours once the setup is paid.
What counts as a small edit?
Changes that don't need a new page or a new design: hours, photos, text fixes, a new service line or a seasonal notice. If something is bigger, Nathan tells you before any work starts.
What if my site goes down?
The uptime check alerts us and we work on it. You'll see it in that month's report.
Can you host a site someone else built?
Often, yes. The free audit and a short call tell us what it's built on.
What does it cost?
